This was our first time purchasing at Dodd RV. The staff in Yorktown were great. Especially Crystal in the service department. We had an issue with our slide and she got us in right away to get it looked at in Yorktown were great. Especially Crystal in the service department. We had an issue with our slide and she got us in right away to get it looked at. She got the part ordered and when it came in got us in to get it replaced before out long trip. Thanks Crystal! More

Great people over at Dodd's! I am new to RVing and was buying a RV from a private seller. The great people at Dodd's helped me check out my RV to ensure I wasn't buying a lemon. They also walked me throug buying a RV from a private seller. The great people at Dodd's helped me check out my RV to ensure I wasn't buying a lemon. They also walked me through their parts department and explained in great detail which items were necessary to survive a night at a campsite, but also didn't pressure or upsell anything on me. Scott is an outstanding employee at Dodd RV. He is extremely responsive and he goes out of his way to solve customer issues (sometime at no cost to the customer when it could have been). Always the best service!! My wife and I had the pleasure of taking our Georgetown in for it’s annual Warranty Forever inspection this past Monday. When we got to the dealership My wife and I had the pleasure of taking our Georgetown in for it’s annual Warranty Forever inspection this past Monday. When we got to the dealership, I discovered that I was a week early! My appointment was not until the following Monday. Thankfully, Crystal was kind enough to honor our appointment a week earlier! By the time we went and got a bite to eat, we received a call stating the RV was ready and we could come pick it up! This is why we continue to do business with Dodd RV. They’ve taken good care of us since we purchased our unit from Greg back in 2014. Thank you Crystal and thank you Melissa for all that you do for us! Mike & Jonnie More

Crystal was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she kept us up to date on all repairs. She recommended anything that we may need or could wait on. She is a model customer service representative. We are military and will be living in our RV for the next few years and she helped us make decisions based on our situation never pressuring us into anything. I highly recommend them for any RV service needs, you will not regret this decision. 100% A+ Grade A service department. More

Another Great Service Experience Thanks once again Dodd for great work.
