We had an unfortunate incident with our travel trailer recently. We had to file an insurance claim and were rather anxious about the entire repair process. Suzanne and the service team at Dodd RV of the Peninsula went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with our repair and service needs. Additionally on our first trip out this year we were in need of technical advice at our campground destination. We spoke with Crystal in service and she guided us through our troubleshooting methodically and patiently. Crystal and Suzanne are both great assets to Dodd RV and I would recommend anyone needing service to definitely do business with them as they are professional, knowledgeable and very understanding to their customers needs. Scott was patient and understanding. He was able to explain the differences between each RV and help me to better identify what we required for the weekend. We purchased a 2022 Geo Pro 20BHS from Dodd RV. Great experience! Great price and very friendly people! We did not feel pressured to buy and they made the experience very nice! The only complaints I have is the parts department we dealt with Kimberly Schlapkohl and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable in the products they were selling or what they were for. We are brand new never owned a travel trailer before owners so we had no clue what we needed for our first time out and when we asked her she didn’t know either. I think if you have someone that has never owned a trailer before giving a list of must need items for your first time out is a must. Also the run through of the trailer is a lot of information at once so we are very thankful for YouTube. Overall I would definitely recommend Dodd Rv to buy a trailer from! More

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Crystal Fisher in service and she is amazing!!! We bought our fifth wheel in with a few minor 1 year warranty issues and a seasonal door install, i Crystal Fisher in service and she is amazing!!! She took care of all our issues quickly and professionally, we got what we were told at our first appt. ( time wise) . All items were checked off the list and handled- It’s very nice to get treated with the same attitude as we were when we were potential buyers!! Also I would like to give a positive shout out to Caleb ( the service tech)!!👍 No regrets on my purchase a year ago in May on our 5 th wheel momentum. More

First off I'm a newbie to the RV world. First time buying a camper/RV. Done camping and RVing with my family growing up as a kid, that's about it. I've been looking for an RV for a while and the one I just g a camper/RV. Done camping and RVing with my family growing up as a kid, that's about it. I've been looking for an RV for a while and the one I just got a Rockwood Roo 233s I've looked at for a long time. As with many I watch a lot of YouTube videos and many of the 233s. I came across some of Scotts Videos (already Famous) and the one about the 233s. It was first pending sales but he said always check back as you may never know. So I did, I remember seeing pending sale and then it wasn't. So I just stopped by without notifying Scott and just wanted to look at it cause I didn't want to feel pressured to buy, but I went to go see him anyways and I never got that feeling. Scott showed me the Roo, explained everything. Again never felt pressured. Even after I took it home, he knew i was nervous and excited and he checked on me after to make sure I was good. So Kudos to Scott as he was the one I interacted the most. Next was Arnold. He was great. Going through the paper work he made my Wife and myself very relaxed throughout process and didn't take very long. He explained other services and never pushed it on us. Thanks Arnold! Then there is Rich who was our walk through guy/tech who explained everything on the RV. He made sure we were good to go before his next appt. I just remember him saying "they can wait"......joking of course....LOL....Thanks Rich! Melissa was our Parts associate who showed us the must haves for our RV. Again, didn't push for the sale! Just wanted to make sure what we needed and let us decide what we wanted to get. Thanks Melissa! Once again I want to thank Dodds RV for a Great buying experience! Can't wait to make memories with my family as I did growing up as a kid!!! Would recommend and buy again from Dodd's RV!!!! More
