A wonderful RV buying experience We started looking at RVs 2 years ago & liked Dodd then, but time was not right. There was no pressure or false hype, our salesmen Scott is a true professional as well as the rest of the staff. Jamie Dodd explained every thoroughly, and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. From the girl in parts dept, walking us through that dept, to Pete completely making sure we understood everything about our travel trailer. Dodd RV made us their priority and made us feel like family. When we upgrade to another RV, their is only one place the McGee family will go, Dodd RV! More

Best RV Service EVER I have now worked w/ Joey twice. He has gone above and beyond and he is what you expect for Great customer service. I had some electrical work done and they have explained all that needed to be done, gave quotes prior to service work. When you arrive in the showroom, your are greeted not only by the desk staff but all employees acknowledge you. Good bye Dixie RV and hello Dodds. Pleasent experience We were just looking around at rv sales businesses while on a day trip to meet with some friends. On the way back to the Southside, we made our last s We were just looking around at rv sales businesses while on a day trip to meet with some friends. On the way back to the Southside, we made our last stop at Dodd and it was just minutes before they were to close. We were welcomed and told to take our time to look around. We found a couple of travel trailers that we liked and were approached by Tina as we were looking at one model by Primetime Manufacturing. She said if we liked that one, she knew of one that might be just what we were looking for. She took us to one that was marked sold, that we had noticed but we could not enter. It was exactly what we were looking for and she knew it just based on our short conversation. No pressure, just showed us features and let the product speak for itself. Although it was getting to be almost an hour past closing time everyone was willing to stay to assist us. We made a decision to buy and stop looking. Great job of listening to our wants and above all, allowing us to shop even though they were not leaving work on time. More

This is our second camper. We upgrade to to a larger one. This is our first time with Dodds RV. First we went to RV show in Hampton earlier this month and met Al outside as we walked through those campers. H This is our first time with Dodds RV. First we went to RV show in Hampton earlier this month and met Al outside as we walked through those campers. He was extremely helpful and informative. Then we went in and walked around until we got to the Dodds area and met Tina and Mike, they were great, giving the information on the camper we fell in love with. March 22, we went to Dodds and met Dennis who was awesome with our walk through and would not go on until we got what he was talking about. After that we met Mary at Parts, she was great in telling us about the parts depart. Next we moved on to Jamie Dodd to go over financial information with us and he was also great with explaining and breaking down the information for us to understand. Finally it was time for us to pull away with our new camper. Yes this is long detailed review, but I wanted to make sure that each and everyone of you who read this review, know how great DODDS RV is. From the very beginning until the very end of the the process each and everyone of the people we met along our way was friendly, helpful, informative, and I'm sure it won't be the last time we see them.
