The only complaints I have is the parts department we dealt with Kimberly Schlapkohl and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable in the products they were selling or what they were for. We are brand new never owned a travel trailer before owners so we had no clue what we needed for our first time out and when we asked her she didn’t know either. I think if you have someone that has never owned a trailer before giving a list of must need items for your first time out is a must. Also the run through of the trailer is a lot of information at once so we are very thankful for YouTube. Overall I would definitely recommend Dodd Rv to buy a trailer from! More

I rushed to see the camper I was interested in and got there right before closing and he was so patient. When I decided to put down a deposit Arnold gave me hope and made our dreams come true and help us get financed for the camper we wanted. Arnold is very knowledgeable and kind, he was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable with this big purchase. There were some other great people there who showed us everything we needed to know about our camper and made sure we understood before leaving. When we thought we were done there was more. They bring you to the parts store where they go over the most used or needed items. They didn’t try to just sell us stuff, she was informative. We left with all the information we needed for our first ever travel trailer. When we upgrade in the future we will go straight to Dodd! More

A huge shoutout to the service team for a thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection and a rapid fix of the few minor details we spotted on delivery day.
