Dodd fit me in 2 weeks after I called and they fixed the problem with my toilet in just a couple of hours. They were so so nice and helpful! And they explained things thoroughly and didn't make me feel dumb when I was clueless about winterizing my trailer. I will be going back there for sales and service from now on! More

Brought my RV propane heater for troubleshooting and repair Melissa checked me in and had my heater picked up from the trunk in my car and delivered to the Service Center. Our knowledgeable product specialist, Greg, worked with us to accommodate our hectic schedule, and as a direct result of his efforts and follow-through we were able to complete our RV purchase and delivery in one week despite the Thanksgiving holiday closings. Greg's friendly demeanor set an approachable, here-to-help tone that was repeated throughout our interactions with each member of the Dodd staff. On delivery day, our closing documents were presented clearly and concisely by Arnold in the business office, as were opportunities to enhance our RV experience through offers and discounts from various state parks and social media sites. Patient, smiling service technician Bain provided detailed, in-depth explanations of every system, switch and feature of our motorhome, spending several hours building our first-time RV owner confidence, and making us feel capable and informed. Completing our delivery-day process was a one-on-one visit to the Parts Department where Joey shared helpful hints and thoughtful recommendations regarding service and maintenance that were tailored to our specific RV needs, and went a long way toward maximizing our budget. Fortunately for us, Pete, the technician who performed Dodd's intensive pre-delivery inspection on our motorhome, was also on hand, and added invaluable input that will streamline our initial campground connection and set-up. Sales manager Mike demonstrated his hands-on approach to management with friendly greetings and helping hands each time we entered or left the office, modeling the positive, no-pressure approach that sets Dodd RV apart from other dealerships. With their quality product lines, in-house sales and service departments and caring, well-trained staff members, Dodd RV offers a full-service, one-stop resource for RV owners. Outstanding Parts and Service Department I've been an Air Force professional for over 24 years and frankly, I have never experienced a service and parts department like the one at Dodd RV. W I've been an Air Force professional for over 24 years and frankly, I have never experienced a service and parts department like the one at Dodd RV. Wow! I always feel like a priority when I'm in there. Melissa Grace has the jokes to go along with her convincing pursuit of a flawless service experience for her customers. Then, there's Joey Lawrence. He simply gets it! He knows what to do and how to do it to ensure the customer gets what they came for. Finally, there's Mike Queen. Mike knows RVs. I've actually came to him with a few off the wall questions to trip him up. ...it's just not gonna happen. He knows RVs! These guys deserve a pat on the back. Better yet, they deserve a party! Service depart under leadership of Joey Lawrence excellent! I recently had work done on my 40' Class A diesel pusher at Dodd RV. I called and talked with Joey about what needed to be done and he set an appointment for me. The work was done on time and on estimate. And, it was done RIGHT the first time! I was impressed by the attitudes of the service department personnel as well ~ Melissa, Ricky, and Joey to name a few. It is easy to see there is great change in the service department for the positive! I have been a customer since 2009 and "weathered" through a couple of previous service department heads before Joey arrived. I am delighted with what I saw and with the experience I had there. If there were to be any recommendations I could make I would ask that the length of time it takes to get in for service be reduced, and have a block of time available weekly set aside just for "emergency repairs" for the traveling RVer or those who are getting ready to go RVing. More
