In November of 2016 while traveling from Vermont to Florida down 95 just north of Richmond VA, an 18 wheel truck took off our Passenger side mirror and just barely missed the side of our Motor-home by inches. When we arrived at Yorktown Thursday evening it was to late to do anything about it. So first thing Friday Morning I drove down to the dealership and talked to Mike Queen as this was an item that they don't normally carry in stock he started calling around to find a replacement he called the Thor Company the manufacture of the motor-home only to find out that they were all on Thanksgiving break undaunted he keep calling until he was able to get someone and have the item shipped unfortunately even though overnight delivery was paid for it was not shipped until Monday and arrived late Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving to late to install. However Joey Lawrence and Melissa Grace made sure that first thing Friday Morning My mirror was installed even tho the were working with a Holiday shortened staff. The job was completed professionally and quickly a were big thank you to all involved. PS if you are involved in an accident on the interstate in Virginia do not expect the State Police to respond unless there in a fatality. More

We went to multiple RV shows; talked to many dealers and visited 3 dealerships before selecting Dodd. The other dealers were high pressure and clueless about other Thor models. Greg and manager Mike were great. They showed us a range of models that would fit our lifestyle and when the time came, gave us a fair price. Even the business office process was low key (the worst part of buying a car !!!). Their parts store is relatively small but have a very knowledgeable guy there that can answer almost any question. So Dodd is the best in my opinion and would not hesitate to recommend them. More

excellent W'e did not come to terms with the unit we tried to purchase. In fairness to Dodd's we we comparing a new 2017 and a new 2016 model. It came down to cost and the 2016 fit our budget best. Shane Slavnik was our contact person. Shane was prompt and timely with response to my questions.and showed exceptional knowledge of the product he was selling. I never felt pressured. If the 2017 had fit our budget there would be no doubt we would purchase from Dodd RV. More

Everbody friendly and helpful The staff were excellent. They set up my hitch while we finished paperwork, then gave us a very in depth walk thru of trailer. Service went out of their way to install MAXAIR vent covers before we left so I wouldn't have to make the 50 mile one way trip back later to get them installed. They have been fantastic both times, everything from looking at the RVs initially, trading in my old one, financing, to the walk through on the RV before it goes out the door. Scott never tried to get me to look at RVs that were out of my price range or comfort zone. Arnold was super to work with on financing, and Pete was extremely knowledgeable on the actual RV, he didn't rush the showing, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Scott, ensured that not only was I happy with the RV, but that I had all the appropriate gear to drive it safely, and to care for it. More
