Jim was amazing and knowledgeable when my mom and I did our walk thru of the camper. Melissa was awesome and knowledgeable during our walk thru of the parts section. She took her time and made sure we knew what every part was called and what its purpose was. Bought a used RV and was taken advantage of Lied to us about the condition of the travel trailer we bought. It was covered in black mold which made us ill. 4 days after purchasing it pour rain into the camper that they assured us did not leak. It took 2 weeks of calling before they fixed the seal that was not even attached. hot water heater was not working either and told us to fix it ourselves.. The entire unit has extensive water damage and black mold issues. It's been a month now and no one will return phone calls or emails. They took advantage of first time buyers and have no remorse. We now have an over priced camper in poor condition that is in need of gutting and renovations before we can use it or sell it. Horrible business! Considering talking to an attorney! More

It all started with Scott our product specialist and followed with Arnold the business manager and Tom who gave us the run down on all the features of our new RV. It was a streamlined experience that made our purchase and time a pleasurable one. It is still a timely process (as all major purchases are), but they offered us snacks, homemade cookies and even offered to buy us lunch. These may not seem like big things considering our purchase, but every effort and attention to detail to make the experience more pleasant did not go unnoticed. Every employee we came in contact with had a smile and seemed to truly enjoy their job. That's a big deal in the customer service industry! Thankful for Dodd RV of the Peninsula and our experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for no hassle, friendly customer service in the purchase of an RV. We've even had follow up contact from Scott to make sure everything is working properly and if we have any concerns with our purchase. Pretty awesome! More
