This is our second travel trailer purchased from Dodds and it was an excellent experience the first time around that made Dodds our first choice to purchase this Tracer. We want to thank Shane Slavnik and the service department for taking care of a few small things prior to delivery. We hope to have many great years of worry free camping as we had with our first purchase of our 2002 Rockwood which we used for trade. We also want to thank Greg Guin and Micheil McNeal for getting us out of the pop-ups and into the self contained units. More

Chose to go to Dodd RV after reading their history and mission statements on the website, and their Lifetime Warranty. Right at the start and throughout our experience, they greatly exceeded our high expectations. Was amazed at the amount of time that Greg spent with us talking, explaining to be sure that we picked out the trailer that was right for us... not just to make a sale. We were even given water bottles, fresh coffe and chocolate chip cookies. He, Arnold and Richard (dealt with them the most) made sure we got all our questions answered, understood all explanations, were able to make wise choices. We are retired and want to travel about and see new places and things. We had not done camping like this before. We both had specific concerns about towing and parking the trailer. On delivery day, everyone involved took the time we needed for them to be satisfied we were ready to take our new 'baby' home. Not surprisingly and as promised, Greg took us out to try our skill at driving our truck with trailer and parking the trailer. We headed home with beginning confidence, ready to explore and enjoy a new phase of our lives. More

Newbie To The World of RVs - First Time Buyer We decided to purchase an RV earlier in the year, and attended a couple of RV shows in our area in the winter months. After the first show, we narrow We decided to purchase an RV earlier in the year, and attended a couple of RV shows in our area in the winter months. After the first show, we narrowed our search to the Rockwood Mini Lite....either the 2109s or the 2104s. Although the second show we attended did not have either of these on display, we met Scott Hudgins of Dodd RV. He indicated that they were anticipating delivery of one of each of these models in just a few weeks, and took our contact information. Scott kept us informed every step of the way while we anxiously waited for the opportunity to actually see these units in person. When the day finally arrived to check them out, Scott was very patient with our back and forth between the 2 units testing out the space and how each might accommodate our large dog. We made our decision, and the purchase process began. We waited another week and a half to actually pick up the unit, conduct the PDI, and finalize the paperwork. Everyone we worked with was super nice....made us feel like part of the family. Our only issue from the day of pick-up was that the PDI seemed really fast. As total newbies, we couldn't write notes fast enough, so missed a few key points along the way. More

Lisa in the warranty dept is amazing! Lisa Wallace in the warranty department is just fantastic! I originally called the parts department to get a price on a part we were having problems Lisa Wallace in the warranty department is just fantastic! I originally called the parts department to get a price on a part we were having problems with. We discovered it was under a recall and they transferred me to Lisa who handled everything with such ease! Within a matter of minutes she had the part ordered, all recall paper work handled and even arranged it so we didn't need to bring the vehicle to the shop! She was very friendly, pleasant and a delight to sprak with! Thank you SOOOOO very much, Lisa! More

About 3 weeks passed before we went back to look again. It was a big investment for our family and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. We didn't get one single harassing phone call trying to push us into a sale. We were treated like guests who have bought from them for years. Our salesman, Scott Hudgins, was kind and professional at all times. The gentleman that did the closing paperwork, Arnold Smith, made us feel very comfortable in an often uncomfortable situation. The guy at the parts and service desk, Mike Queen, was super knowledgeable on what we needed and what we really shouldn't bother with. Baine showed us our new camper from top to bottom and was very patient with our newbie questions. Icing on the cake: our salesman called us the next morning to check on us because he knew we were camping the first night be bought it. Dodd RV has a great reputation and I now see why. These people are top shelf! More
