Not once did Shane pressure us to make a decision - in fact he only made one follow up call to make sure we had all of the information we needed, unlike many of the other dealers we visited. Once we made a decision, the remaining staff at Dodd was incredible to work with and made the process to trade my old RV and take delivery of the Rockwood extremely simple and efficient. We purchased our new 2022 Cherokee 294GEBG on 26Sep2022. The experience was probably the most effortless thing we have ever dealt with. The wife and I went in to browse with an idea of what we wanted, and Mr. Greg showed us around the lot. Very honest people and answered all the questions we had. I grew up around campers so I know the basics of camping, but all these new features are crazy! Mr. Pete answered my 1000 questions during the walkthrough, and had a few minor items fixed on the spot! Overall our experience was great!
