We never felt like he were trying to "sell us", but rather help us find the right fit for us. Much appreciated! During the walk through Jim was awesome! He gave us a run down of where everything was, how it worked, a maintenance schedule, etc. Great info and very helpful! Arnold made signing the paperwork fun while thoroughly explaining what we were signing. At the end he asked what he could do to make the experience better. Nothing Arnold, you are amazing! Crystal was great walking us through the necessary parts offering advice of what others found to be helpful. Very transparent and again not a pushy sales process. Thanks Crystal! Mike was around on most of our visits. He's a very personable guy and pretty funny too! Thanks Mike! Mary was also so helpful in getting me in touch with the appropriate person every time I called.
