The sales team was not aggressive and very knowledgeable on their products and helped determined the right camper for our needs. The sale process was quick and painless. The walkthrough process was very thorough but wish we would have taken more time to do things ourselves when we were shown. One major complaint is we were not able to check the cable TV capability. The TV was working with the TV antenna but not the cable. We did not discover this until our first camping trip. Luckily the campground staff helped troubleshoot the problem to tell up the cable connection was not working inside the camper. We also found another issue with the side skirt where the strap to connect to the camper side was never connected. More

We bought our 1st travel trailer from Dodd in 2006 at there Newport News Location! It was a 2006 Keystone Springdale 295bhgs! Now 18 years later we are buying our 2nd trailer a 2010 Keystone Cougar 320srx 5th wheel. We love dealing with Dodd there sales and service team are great to deal with. They make you feel right at home with no pressure! Just a great family oriented atmosphere.
