Shane, our salesman, kept us up to date during the building process of the unit and delivery to the dealership. Finance was easy as well. It did take an hour to sign paperwork which still amazes me just how long it takes to do the paperwork. The walk thru with the technician was valuable as we are new to the complexity of this 5th wheel. THe service department did a great job of swapping out the TV arm and putting a new one in. Nothing but can do attitudes with all the employees we met. More
