The whole experience was a pleasure and low pressure...I enjoyed being able to tour all the different choices and ask questions without feeling pressured. We ended up purchasing a Grand Design Imagine BH 3170 and have loved it. We are new to 'camping' and really appreciate the patience and helpful spirit in helping us find what we really wanted. Excellent Experience After visiting a number of RV dealers and being bombarded with pushy sales people with little RV experience we found Dodd RV in Yorktown, Va. We were greeted immediately and introuduced to our sales person Scott. He knew the product line he was selling and was able to show us a number of coaches which met our criteria. There was no push to buy and no request for our email or phone number. The decesion to buy was ours and we were able to find the coach we wanted. The closing on the coach was fast and efficent. The walk thru of our new vehicle was fantastic, with time tken to review everythng we needed to know. The RV experience of the person showing us our new coach was extremely helpful in getting us the confidence to know what we are doing. Lastly, the Dodd parts dept was ready to make appointments for a one year service and provide us with a few needed items. Our opinion of Dodd RV is that it is staffed with experienced and compentent staff and offers a great product lines. We will recommend them highly to anyone seeking the RV buying experience. More
