Scott Hudgins was our salesman, he was never pushy about the sale but a wealth of knowledge about all trailer trailers on the market. We felt he gave us all the information we needed to make a clear decision. He was honest and told us the good and bad about the models we were looking to purchase. Arnold Smith is the Business Manager at the dealership. Even though we did not finance our camper we were given excellent rates and terms. He explained all of the warranties; additional protection products and the advantages to having the dealership do annual inspections. He explained all of the financial data in detail and provided copies of all documents to us. Before leaving we were given a thorough walk thru explaining all aspects of the set up, normal use of all features and how to winterize the camper. Last but not least we were taken to the parts department where we were guided on the necessities to begin camping. Thanks Dodd RV for a great buying experience. More

Michael McNeill and Scott Hudgins were great to work with in the negotiation and purchase of the RV. Scott was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and went the extra mile to make sure we were kept informed of any issues regarding the motor home we were purchasing. He was very helpful and professional! Arnold Smith and Sarah Clevinger did a great job working on all the financial paperwork associated with our purchase and made the process stress free for us on the day we took possession of our motor home. We purchased a used motor home and appreciate all that Dodd RV did in checking over the motor home to ensure everything worked properly, fixing the items that needed attention, making sure it was very clean and appreciate the great job Pete Foertsch did in going over the workings of the motor home with us upon delivery. Pete was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering all of our questions! February of 2019 my family was ready, we picked the Grand Design 230 RL, was 1/2 ton towable, and perfect fit for our family. I was quite nervous spending money, but the staff took my nervousness in stride, did not dismiss us, and above all we were provided with all the little things I needed transitioning from trailer to a fifth wheel. I live in Goochland County in Richmond, and had no problem driving 101 miles for purchase. I felt uncomfortable with other dealerships closer to home, so my purchase was at Dodd RV.
