Our Humble Beginnings
In 1956 a gallon of gas was only 19.9¢ when George Dodd took over the Texaco station that would form the beginnings of the family business known as Dodd RV, a top selling Virginia RV Dealer.
George had a gift for working with people. Customers just naturally sensed that this was a man they could trust. He worked hard to build a reputation for honesty and fairness as he expanded into used car sales and eventually RVs.
Today, Dodd RV carries New RVs and Used RVs including Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers, Folding Pop-Up Campers and Expandables. We provide a full service operation for RV Sales, RV Financing, RV Parts & Accessories, and RV Service. Very courteous and professional. The staff is excellent. This is the second RV we have purchased from Dodd and Robin Crane our salesperson. She makes us feel like family, as does Mike The staff is excellent. This is the second RV we have purchased from Dodd and Robin Crane our salesperson. She makes us feel like family, as does Mike McNeil the general manager he's a gentleman. Arnold Smith the business manager knows his stuff and makes completing the paperwork quick and painless. Rob in the parts department is a pro and is a perfect fit for what he does. Melissa Grace parts and service manager is a caring and compassionate individual as her name implies, sometimes under difficult circumstances. I cannot leave out the person the who completed our walk through, I believe his name was Richard. I truly appreciate everyone at the Yorktown location, they are special! Thank you! More

Scott Hudgins is great to work with and made the trade in and purchase of the new unit seamless. They even helped us transfer all of our "stuff" from the old unit to the new one. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing an RV. On another note their service department is also great, Melissa is a rock star, always making sure everything is taken care of properly.
