I believe the guy that walked us through the RV was named Jonathan, SUPER young man! He explained things to where he made sure I understood them. When we first got to the dealership Scott was with another customer and Mike came over and took us out the the Class A's for us to start looking at them instead of us just sitting there. My wife and I living hundreds of miles away and trying to schedule closing as well as delivery, this crew made our ordeal seamless and extremely satisfying. Arnold Smith closed with us and was very efficient and knowledgeable clearing all the financial issues with extreme care. Pete who demonstrated reviewed all the details of the RV after closing made an intimidating experience for rookies seamless and enjoyable. And William who delivered and helped set up the unit, couldn't have been more helpful rounding off one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences my wife and I ever experienced.
