The staff loves working there and it shows in how they interact and serve the customer. Communication, integrity, honesty and patience is evident in all aspects of the customer interaction. Scott, Arnold, Melissa, Louis and Ricky were awesome to work with and they did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed, knew everything about our vehicle and that we were satisfied. First off I'm a newbie to the RV world. First time buying a camper/RV. Done camping and RVing with my family growing up as a kid, that's about it. I've been looking for an RV for a while and the one I just got a Rockwood Roo 233s I've looked at for a long time. As with many I watch a lot of YouTube videos and many of the 233s. I came across some of Scotts Videos (already Famous) and the one about the 233s. It was first pending sales but he said always check back as you may never know. So I did, I remember seeing pending sale and then it wasn't. So I just stopped by without notifying Scott and just wanted to look at it cause I didn't want to feel pressured to buy, but I went to go see him anyways and I never got that feeling. Scott showed me the Roo, explained everything. Again never felt pressured. Even after I took it home, he knew i was nervous and excited and he checked on me after to make sure I was good. So Kudos to Scott as he was the one I interacted the most. Next was Arnold. He was great. Going through the paper work he made my Wife and myself very relaxed throughout process and didn't take very long. He explained other services and never pushed it on us. Thanks Arnold! Then there is Rich who was our walk through guy/tech who explained everything on the RV. He made sure we were good to go before his next appt. I just remember him saying "they can wait"......joking of course....LOL....Thanks Rich! Melissa was our Parts associate who showed us the must haves for our RV. Again, didn't push for the sale! Just wanted to make sure what we needed and let us decide what we wanted to get. Thanks Melissa! Once again I want to thank Dodds RV for a Great buying experience! We picked up our Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2205s today from Dodd RV. We are retired and this is our fourth RV with my wife. And I have been RV'ing since a child. From our initial contact with our salesman Scott Hudgins through to our finalizing the purchase and delivery today, the experience has been outstanding. We are very pleased with the Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite product with all the features and quality. And 2205s floorplan is wonderful. We very much liked Scott Hudgins sales approach. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. He was extremely responsive to all of my contacts with the dealership. The business manager was excellent too. He was not at all high pressure and made the purchase process quick and easy! I highly recommend Dodd RV!! [And I should add that over the past 18 months three other RV purchases fell through with other dealers. A quality dealer such as Dodd RV is the exception!] More

Excellent experience buying an RV for the first time. My only suggestion would be to have a more detailed orientation for first time RV owners. Actually have them hook and unhook up the connections , make it seem like you are setting up for the first time, leveling and and starting things. Then reverse it and have someone watch you undo it all. More

This was our first time purchasing at Dodd RV. The staff in Yorktown were great. Especially Crystal in the service department.
