Made an appointment for 10am to get my first oil change. When I arrived I was told their were 2 cars ahead of me that did not have an appointment. Was told that even though they make appointments on line it When I arrived I was told their were 2 cars ahead of me that did not have an appointment. Was told that even though they make appointments on line it is first come first served. Why would you make an appointment if it is not honored? Will not come back here for service again. Took over an hour for a simple oil change. More

I highly recommend them for your Ford service needs ! very Accommodating, I live in Atlanta, my vehicle malfunctioned in Birmingham, while we was there performing , it was towed to Ironcity Ford, after making contact with the service dept there, all my worries were over, they diagnosed the problem and 2 days later it was ready, when, I arrive to pick up my vehicle, they where just as courteous as they had been on the phone !! This was reassuring. both Service managers were pleasant and made the process an easy one. More
Service Department I took my vehicle back in for repairs on 07-09-19 after they replaced my fuel line in March 2019. they had my vehicle for almost 2 months before they I took my vehicle back in for repairs on 07-09-19 after they replaced my fuel line in March 2019. they had my vehicle for almost 2 months before they return it back to me. there were no status calls about what was going on with my vehicle the whole time they had it. I wasn't happy at all with the service i received to the point i ended up contacting Corporate to get assistance with the repairs on my vehicle. More
Focus transmission issues Took my 2014 Ford Focus in for issues with the notorious dual clutch transmission. From the start the service writer was polite and professional. Called the next day to tell me what they had found and quoted a price. Called later that day and told me more extensive issues had been uncovered but the repairs would be covered by the Ford extended warranty on that transmission. Only problem was the part (TCM) was on back order and wasn’t expected for 10 days but asked if I had transportation issues,, which I didn’t. This was on Friday. Called on Monday and said the had been able to get the part and the technician came in on the weekend and installed it . I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed. I’d recommend this service department. They also took care of 2 recalls while they had the car. More

Was put on the back burner when I showed up for a warrenty recall notice and dealt with like I was a burden. I even paid to have my oil changed at this place and they still warm up to me at all. After trying to speak with the service manager, Tom Kelly, I was just shoved off in a waiting room. The final straw was the grease on the inside of my Explorer when they guy got out of it, I hate this place and will never be back. More
