I had an appointment for 9:00 am, my car never got looked at apparently they are to busy in which I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand is they did not call to let me know. I was talked into taking a service plan on my truck when I purchased it there. I was told it would only increase my payment 5 .or 6$ a month. Contacted con tract holder after a few messages I was sent a contract cancelation which I filled out and sent to finance mgr.to no avail I have contacted two Consumer agencies one said they never gotten a reply so they Gave up.i have sent mul.tible e mails NO ANSWER. When I bought my car in august the sales man Victor was extremely helpful. However the finance manager seemed helpful at first I later realized that the extent of my warranty wasn't not fully explained. My extremely helpful. However the finance manager seemed helpful at first I later realized that the extent of my warranty wasn't not fully explained. My car was taken to their shop for a total of 5 days. Only for them to release it back to me saying nothing was wrong. A month later the issue occurred again and I had a second opinion taken and the issue was resolved immediately. In an attempt to have these issues resolved I was called a liar and hung up on by three managers who refused to listen to anything I had to say. I didn't want money, I didn't want special treatment. I just wanted my car fixed when I originally took it in. More
