I don't recommend. Before I bought anything, I noticed a few red flags. 1) they wouldn't tell me the price of any of the cars when I asked. 2) they quoted me for a car Before I bought anything, I noticed a few red flags. 1) they wouldn't tell me the price of any of the cars when I asked. 2) they quoted me for a car and when I got home I checked online to see what the price was which was significantly lower than what they quoted me so they were trying to sell me a higher price for a used car 3) I was getting steered toward a car I wasn't interested in & they had to JUMP START the battery of that car in front of me cuz it died and wouldn't start. 4) they continued to push me to look at other vehicles that I was not interested in especially after I said I wanted to leave and think on it therefore they had me wait and look at these vehicles for about 20 or so minutes which I refused to test drive cuz I came there for a specific car that I wanted to think about. 5) they kept asking over and over again what it'll take for me to buy the car, pushing me to make a purchase when I wasn't quite ready. With that being said, I made the biggest mistake ever by coming back to their lot to check out the original vehicle I was interested in because I thought about getting that one. They then told me that they don't recommend it since apparently it had issues with it where I then asked to see a different version of that car that they told me they had on their lot but instead of showing me that car, they showed me a different one which I admit, was a decent car, but a complete downgrade from my current car, so I was not quite comfortable or convinced I wanted it. From there, I continued to tell the dealer that I was not comfortable or sure I actually wanted that car. He continued to reassure me that everything was great and I was making a great choice and continued to reassure and push me to continue with the sale. I was hesitant but I unfortunately trusted him. He told me that I might have felt that way with my other car, too, and the feeling will go away and I'll love it. Well, I ended up going home with it and maybe a couple hours later I knew for a fact that I HATED IT and I made the biggest financial mistake of my life by trusting these selfish people. I emailed the manager and the dealer that night to let them know immediately that it was not the right fit for me and asked what options I have. Of course I never heard back given it was the weekend. First thing Monday morning, I went right in there and tried to explain to them that this was not the car for me and I was not happy with it and wanted to know what I could do. The manager then BLAMED ME for wasting their time by checking out all these cars (even though they were the ones pushing these cars as I didn't want to look at them) and proceeds to say I'm xxxx out of luck basically and the only option I had was to trade it back in for a different xxxxty vehicle that they had. So I asked if I could get my car back. I bought the car on Saturday, they're closed Sunday and I went in immediately Monday mind you. They told me it was impossible to get my car back and to undo the deal as they need to make a profit. The managers exact words, in fact. So we asked to see numbers to buy my car back from them. The guy then charged me a BRAND NEW CAR PRICE FOR MY OWN USED VEHICLE THAT I HAD IN MY NAME NO MORE THAN 48 HRS PRIOR. So I basically bought my car back for the exact new car price as I bought it a few years ago except now I have a higher payment as I lost all my money in the purchase of the other car I did not want but felt pressured to buy. They treated me like crap by blaming me for all of this even though we did NOT go in there blaming them by any means. They also treated it like a new car purchase and told me they took it to detailing. They literally maybe only vacuumed the car maybe. After all this trouble they couldn't even bother to clean the car like they said they were and claimed we were waiting for that to be done but there was mud in the car and fur still. Every car is also on E so prepare to fill the tanks up after any purchase. They don't do it for you at all. No integrity or respect from them. Don't waste your time. They only care about getting your money then they don't care about keeping your business at all!!! Very rude, not helpful, and pushy! More

Horrible horrible service! Where do I begin.? Got an oil change 4 days ago, nothing out of ordinary paid 125 dollars and left the shop. Came home and had nothing but puddle of oil in my garage, trail in my change 4 days ago, nothing out of ordinary paid 125 dollars and left the shop. Came home and had nothing but puddle of oil in my garage, trail in my drive way, and along the way of main road. I turn around to go back and car dies in a parking zone. Called the shop to explain at first they were very understanding, told me we will make it right. Send a rental to my house, and told us they will tow the car back. This all happened around 4:30. I wanted to double check on the car aound 7:30 to make sure it got towed, because I wasn’t going to deal with it being towed by the police since it was in a no parking zone. The car was still there under another puddle of oil. I called roadside assistance and had it towed to the shop. So, what’s the results? Nothing but blaming the car malfunction. A hot mess I have to deal and clean off oil from my garage and driveway. Please ensure you know where you go, and always check their work before you leave the shop. More
This dealership absolutely lacks customer service in all the right ways. My brother recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat tdi, and has had nothing but problems with the dealership in regards to them g the right ways. My brother recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat tdi, and has had nothing but problems with the dealership in regards to them giving him his second key to the car. We also picked up the car with trouble codes on on the dash referring to the daytime running lights being out. The car was at the dealership for two weeks while it was going through the emission process (that all the tdi’s go through), and Dixon Ford told him when he got the car that they were going to go through the whole car and fixing everything that was wrong with it. Fast forward to two weeks later we arrived to pick up the car and it had all these problems, and we were told it was our responsibility because we picked it up too early. The day he bought the car, he was told by the car salesman that the emission process can take anywhere from 3 hours up to a week if parts were needed. For anyone looking to do business with Dixon Ford VW, I would highly recommend a rethought on that decision. They are the most unprofessional dealership that my family and I have ever been to or done business with. More

After realizing tax, title, license not included in payment we were offered a check to pay for these items. Since then the drive off plate has expired (33) days now and still no check. So the car sits, a payment had already been made. The extra key has not been received as well.! It’s like they get your money and then don’t work hard enough to keep your business. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bad customer service More
EXCELLENT service! I had a friend inform me that the left rear taillight was not functioning on my VW beetle. I looked to replace it and it looked kind of difficult so I decided to take the car to Dixon VW dealer. Surprised me they got me right in their shop! The VW technician came over and had to remove a panel in the trunk and remove the whole tail light assembly to replace the bulb. He did a FAST service for me and put everything back like it was when I went in with the auto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More
