Dixie Buick GMC provided the best customer service while my brand new 2022 Yukon Denali was in the service department for 3 weeks with an intermittent problem that required extensive troubleshooting, test d my brand new 2022 Yukon Denali was in the service department for 3 weeks with an intermittent problem that required extensive troubleshooting, test drives and a field engineer. Doug, the service advisor was professional, courteous and communicated effectively from day to day giving me an update. Having just purchased the vehicle at the end of February it was very stressful and frustrating to have my new vehicle taken away and not know when it would be returned. Doug showed empathy and always remained positive that they would resolve the issue each time we spoke on the phone. This is not something that you typically see today when it comes to customer service and I can appreciate this very much as a consumer. In addition to Doug helping, Josh the service manager was involved and in contact with the field engineer daily. Josh also would call to give me updates and was always very professional on the phone and courteous. Josh advocated for my husband and I throughout the three weeks to ensure GM continued to push forward to assist in resolving the issue at hand. Doug/Josh - Thank you so much for everything you did for my husband and I. We sincerely appreciate your hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service. You both deserve to be recognized by not only Dixie Buick GMC management, but also GM Corporate. The customer service provided by both Dixie Buick GMC and GM Corporate has now made me a lifetime customer. Thank you again! More
Yesterday we purchased a used vehicle at DIXIE BUICK GMC TRUCK INC, In FT MYERS FLORIDA. From the start there were red flags; We got pre-approved with Capitol One Auto Financing, we selected the vehicle o TRUCK INC, In FT MYERS FLORIDA. From the start there were red flags; We got pre-approved with Capitol One Auto Financing, we selected the vehicle online, made sure it was in their inventory the nigh before. Long, story short, we get to the dealer, they car was no were to be found, the salesman goes on a search and comes back with keys for the vehicle, that turned out to be a similar more expensive model. Then we are told the vehicle was sold – and it must have been advertised in error. During the sales pitch to the car, we are sold on this dealers CERTIFICATION PROGRAM which includes a 172-point inspection, we got to the dealer, around 3:30PM, we are in the sales office until about 6:30PM, we have not had a chance to test drive the vehicle. The dealer closed at 6:00PM and we are now hastily completing the contract, and getting ready to transfer our property from our old car to the new purchase. When the salesman drives the car up, which was being cleaned and prepped, (keep this in mind) the dealer’s staff is handling the car getting it ready for the customer who purchased it - but has not seen the vehicle. Salesman comes up and says, there is check engine light on; but the service department is now close so you have to bring it back tomorrow and we will take a look at it. I am sure is nothing to worry about these vehicles are inspect and CERTIFIED. Once I got home, I took the car to get check for the codes, this “CERFITIED” vehicle has 11 error codes, that range from the turbo system, transmission, turbo system, brake system, and other minor errors. On top of the this the car can’t be driven over 60 MPH because it shakes and can’t be controlled. My opinion is that the vehicles are designate as CERTIFIED to make them more attractive to the customer. Because the CERTIFIED status opens the vehicle to additional upgrades not able to other vehicles not “CERFITIED”. I would say this is fraud, I wonder what else are they hiding from the consumer? More
Pathetic service again in Florida. I say does it usually take this long and he responds that its normal time for this service.. I then say that I have been watching my car and nobody has approached my vehicle and if it is finished well it was done .. He then went out to vehicle which said was in the bay and finally it was lifted up to do the service.. 2 hours and 15 minutes since we arrived.. Service mgr was no help and the service was patehetic.. The employee got paid for two hours of work for only doing 15 minutes all documented on my phone.. They need to do some evaluations of both the service staff and those doing the work!!!! More
I'm generally very pleased with service at Dixie. This particular day, although I had an appointment, they appeared to be understaffed or over-committed, so the wait time was longer than usual. Got the run around with the first service advisor ant finally the second one found my appointment he was nice about it... I had requested at the same time an oil change... I had specify that I would wait at the garage for the repair and the advisor inform me that when the mechanic would come in at 8 he could let me know how long it would take for the repair.... At 8:45 my trunk was still at the door so i went and see the advisor and he said it should not take to long they are checking it...when i told him my truck had not move he was surprise and obviously it was forgotten in front of the door.... At that moment they took my truck and i was told that it would not take to long and I would know a time frame... At 9:15 I went in the back yard of the garage and my truck was sitting there ontouch... I was so mad went to see the advisor and told him to bring back my truck I just wanted out of there... Could not beleive that kind of services....what can I say more.... More
My last experience with this service department was one of the best ones I have experienced. From that time to today, it was a 180 degree turn around. I called earlier this week for LOF routine maintena of the best ones I have experienced. From that time to today, it was a 180 degree turn around. I called earlier this week for LOF routine maintenance and took offered an appointment of 11 am today. I arrived at 1045, all four service kiosks were somewhat busy but I was greeted and asked how could be helped. I advised my name, and after a couple of wrong lookups was found. I was promptly told, that Tim was my service advisor, to what end I do not know. But he agreed to write my request. I ws advised they were running behind since I was waiting. Would be two hours. I advised OK. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I started to look for my car. Tim, the service advisor that was mine, was not at his station. After several more minutes, I found the advisor that took my service order. He looked my car up, said OH Tim is your service advisor. As I explained Tim was nowhere to be found, he said oh, Tim had to leave. I take my car to DIXIE Buick GMC for service, I don't care who writes my service ticket. It was now 2 and 1/2 hours siince I arrived. I asked for my car now unless it was on the rack. After a few miinutes it was brought around, untouched. I was adviised that mornings were better, like 7 or 730.. Well took the appointment offered, not knowing that certain hours came with this poor service. Don't make the appointments if you can't figure out how to schedule them for completion. And you don't have the same service team, the ones below are not with you with the exception of Greg. And I hate having to write this. Anyone have a GM dealer that can be reliable to recommend. More
We stopped at the dealership this week and Nick DeNoia greeted us. He took us into the lot, took us for a drive, and answered our umpteen questions! He was extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, an greeted us. He took us into the lot, took us for a drive, and answered our umpteen questions! He was extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and extremely honest. With all of the issues getting cars and trucks, Nick shared with us the inventory that was coming in and what our options could be. He also invited Michael Viau to come speak with us regarding our decision making process. Both of these gentlemen were top notch! They did not pressure us but they did represent their brand in the brightest of lights. If you are looking for a car/truck, I would highly recommend this dealership. They are fair and honest. More
The worst experience with a dealership ever. Took the time to converse on the phone to acquire a new vehicle. The sales manager was brought into the conversation thru the sales lady we were in contact wi time to converse on the phone to acquire a new vehicle. The sales manager was brought into the conversation thru the sales lady we were in contact with. Two of the vehicles on their website was already sold. We were told there were 3 new vehicles that just arrived today. One was exactly what we wanted. Verified it with the sales lady, she inturn talked to the sales manager to make sure we could buy this vehicle. Note this suv didn’t even have a stock number, wasn’t even in their computer system. Again we verified that they would hold this vehicle for us to purchase, we were on our way, driving an hour north in traffic. They said no problem we will have it here for you. We get there, walk out to the suv tell the sales person yes let’s write it up, when a serviceman not a salesman walks up with paperwork saying it’s sold. We wasted 2 hours of driving time not to mention a 1/4 tank of gas on top of the time spent at the dealership. Bait and switch…..plain and simple, they can sugar coat it anyway they please, tell us one thing then when we got there not only was our vehicle sold they tried to sell us a more expensive suv, they lied to us. Then to top it all off the sales manager never even came out to talk to us or bother to call till I told the sales lady I was going to blast this shady business dealing all over the net. Then the dude calls and says I will give you a discount if you come back so we can gain your business. Ha, like we’re going to ever trust you again. Sad thing is we buy a new car every 3-4 years and we pay cash. No bs, no loans, excellent clients, guess what Dixie you’ll never ever see our business ever! And no mister sales manager, it wasn’t your sales ladies fault, she verified it with you while I was on the phone to make sure this suv would be there for us to purchase. We went down the street to Estero Bay Chevrolet and within 15 minutes had a brand new suv bought and paid for with great customer service, honesty, and integrity. No bs, no dealer fees, no extra nonsense. Plus they gave me several thousands more for my trade than the blue book price along with GM discounts. Now that’s a dealership run right!!! Maybe you should visit Estero Bay and learn from their professionalism. More
