I just had my certified Enclave serviceman Dixie Buick and had a very good experience. They were quite busy, but the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. The waiting time to get services can vary from 1 hour waiting time to almost 3 hours, Its a waste of time to make an appointment because you have to wait for 2-3 hours. No loaner service. Visited today for the first time after receiving an Onstar notice of a battery issue.
