The overall experience we had the first time around was nothing short of perfection and he did not disappoint the second time. Just a day ago I picked up my 2016 Silverado after Mark spent a full week tracking it down! Mark makes you feel like family and as long as he is with Diver my business will be as well. We always bought a used car, but this time, we found that it wa We bought a 2015 Equinox only 9 months ago and have been very happy with the vehicle. We always bought a used car, but this time, we found that it was more cost effective to buy new with the help of Trina. She was so very patient and went the "extra mile" to get us a great deal for the car that best suits our needs. We depended on her expertise. Trina spent time to teach us about our new car, the "newfangled bells and whistles" (which was good for us to subscribe to, and which ones were necessary to consider and why). We chose to take advantage of On Star "just in case" in an emergency situation. She made herself available to help answer questions months later. After the time she spent with us, we felt like we made a friend - or like she was a part of the family! Unfortunately, our car was stolen in the middle of the night from right in front of our house, and was totalled. When we discovered it was no longer in its parking place at 3:30 a.m., I called 911 from my land line, then used my On Star app on my cell phone to see if we can locate our car. It worked, I was able to tell the police where the car was when it was on the move and when it was stationary. Wow, the police kept me on the phone as I was telling them where the car was in real time. It was located in approximately 45 minutes - it took that long because the car was hidden in an alley. When the police located the car, the driver sped away, ending up shearing a telephone pole, hitting an embankment and finally hit a building. Our car looked like it's engine was hanging out where the front right end should have been - it looked like the front end took a big bite out of the embankment.. Obviously, the impact deployed the air bags. Soon after, we knew we wanted another Equinox as a replacement, we called Trina. We went back to her because of her personalized service to us, she remembered us...Trina did her "homework", looked within a 200 mile range to find the best fit regarding our wants and needs. Because of her diligence, she had "our" car ready for us to see that day. That was the one! Trina is right on her game. More
