I had been turned down previously at other dealerships due to the situation I was in Clay Wessell went above and beyond to get me into my dream truck. I had been turned down previously at other dealerships due to the situation I was in (totaled vehicle, tight on money...etc), but Clay made it happen and blew my expectations out of the water. I thought i was gonna have to get a pre-owned, but I got a 2016. I thought I was gonna have a high payment, but my monthly payment is very comfortable. I could go on and on, but needless to say all my future vehicles will be purchased through Clay. Thank you again Clay and the Diver Chevy team that put me into this wonderful truck, your the best! Great Customer service I had been to multiple dealerships looking for my next new truck. My experience with Diver was by far the best. My dealer Jodi was knowledgeable, but I had been to multiple dealerships looking for my next new truck. My experience with Diver was by far the best. My dealer Jodi was knowledgeable, but if she didn't know she found answers to my questions. She was very polite and not pushy as some dealers tend to be. Employees were very friendly. I had a conversation with the man that works the valet area that set the tone. I would absolutely recommend her and Diver Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new Chevy. My one drawback was my new truck was not detailed as well as I would have liked there were dirty smeers on the ceiling and plastic and adhevsive still on the mirrors. Certainly not an error on people mentioned in this review. More
