The newest purchase was a 2016 Suburban which is replacing the old Suburban bought there in 1995 and it has 144,000 miles on it. Mark was very helpful in showing us all the improvements since our last Suburban purchase and encouraged us to just enjoy the vehicle which we are already and anxious to take it on a trip soon. More

The owner, Rich Diver, emailed us directly to ask us about our issues. He was very concerned about our dissatisfaction and wanted to make sure all was done to our satisfaction. We could not have been more pleased with Rich Diver, Trina, Josh, and Bob. They all answered every question and concern we had and worked hard to resolve our issues. Rich even responded to our emails when he was out of the country on business! You can't really ask for more than that! We decided to trade in our car and downsize.
