Prompt service. Needed repair, 420 miles from home. Upon arriving in Wilmington, DE, after a 420-mile drive from my home, the transmission failed. My SUV was towed to Diver Chevrolet. The transmission repair was completed promptly, so I could return home in my SUV without too much of a delay. Otherwise, I would have had to rent a vehicle to go back home, and then return for the repaired vehicle, and finally drive back home in my vehicle. Service Advisor, Andrew Shiley, made the unfortunate situation bearable, keeping me updated on the repair. Diver Chevrolet completed the repair on time. I especially appreciate that Andrew gave me a choice of a certified GM rebuilt transmission or repairing my transmission. I choose the GM rebuilt transmission, with a longer warranty. More
