This was my second car that I have bought at Dishman Dodge. I was very happy with my first car but am very very happy with my second car. I thank Gary who helped out with both buys! When I walk into a typical dealership,I always have my guard up. Dishman Dodge is not a typical dealership. I have never felt pressured, never felt I had to be defensive nor have I ever felt frustrated guard up. Dishman Dodge is not a typical dealership. I have never felt pressured, never felt I had to be defensive nor have I ever felt frustrated about getting the run-a-round. I actually feel at home. As we were beginning our quest for our latest purchase, I told the salemen when we walked into the showroom for the first time that we were not planning to buy right away. That didn't seem to matter, all the the staff with whom we spoke was friendly and helpful. On our second visit we met Marcus and narrowed down our choices by discussing features and options with him. The next visit Marcus wasn't there. but one of the salesmen let us drive with him in a Journey. The next two visits, Sue and I drove a Grand Caravan, a Durango and the Journey. This helped us to come to a final choice but finding one available was tough. Todd Tuflija spend more than an hour searching dealerships and discussing the different options we wanted. We were given permission to drive the Journey Lux over the lunch hour to show it to our adult children. (It had all the features we wanted but it wasn't the color we wanted.) Our children convinced us that we actually wouldn't like the color we were trying to find and that the Lux we had was ideal. We came back to the dealership and Marcus and the rest of the staff expedited our purchase so that we were able to take it home that same day. The price we paid was within the range we were hoping for and we even got several rebates that were unexpected from the finance office. A few days later on a Tuesday, we talked to Marcus and Rhonda about cardoor side protection. We hooked up with Matt in the accessories department and by Thursday the parts were installed. I enjoyed meeting Mike and happy to have the task in the body shop completed so quickly and professionally. More
I bought a 2007 Mega Cap truck at Dishman Dodge in Spokane Richard Van Norman was the sales person and John Ashworth was sales manager representing the truck as being in excellent condition which it w Spokane Richard Van Norman was the sales person and John Ashworth was sales manager representing the truck as being in excellent condition which it wasn't. There were scratches on several areas of the truck, camper shell leaking around the front and there was a evidence that there was signs on the door from a septic service. When I asked to have the sign evidence taken off John said he would give me $200.00 and I could take care of it. I replied that I have no idea how much it would cost to have it done and I wouldn't accept any money just wanted it fixed. He then said he would give me $500.00 to get it repaired and once again I replied I don't want the money I want it repaired. John and I agreed to have an auto body shop in my area look at it and if the price was right he would pay for the repairs in my area, If the price was to high he would pay for my fuel (I live 120 miles from the dealership) and a rental car. The bid came in from the auto body repair shop at a price of $1033.00 we called Richard to tell him of the price which he replied that was too much and John wouldn't accept the bid I asked Richard to have John call the repair shop so he would know the extent of the repairs. One hour later John called and agreed to pay the $1033.00 for the repairs. The problem as you might see is I feel like I was being scammed by your sales people to accept the $200.00 to $500.00 amount which would of had me holding the balance to pay myself. They had this truck on the lot for about a month so I can't believe they never saw the outline of the door sign in all that time. I feel there should be a little honesty even in Auto Sales I was also wondering if this kind of sales practice is an acceptable way for selling cars? More

I was looking for a new car and didn't have time to jack around with car salesman games. I saw a car I liked and my salesman John Assworth was very speedy about getting me the purchasing numbers. We came to an agreeable purchasing arrangement and then I met with the Finance guy. JR Barwood got the financing at the right rate and right terms that I could work with. xxxx, I even bought an extended warranty after he explained all the benefits. My girl friend loved my new car choice. She was so happy, we took it for a spin (if you know what I mean). I'm happy, she's happy, the car is great and I couldn't have asked for two better guys to work with at Dishman Dodge. Hats off to John Assworth and JR Barwood!!!!!! More
Dishman Dodge was recommended to me by a family member and I was interested in a Dodge Avenger so I went in a took a look. I was helped right away by a friendly sales team. Courtney on the sales staff he and I was interested in a Dodge Avenger so I went in a took a look. I was helped right away by a friendly sales team. Courtney on the sales staff helped me take a look at there used and new Avengers and helped me get into that fit my budget and needs. They weren't overly pushy to make the sale and did well to make the experience go a smoothly as buying a car can go. Then he handed me off to Brian with the finance department and he got my paper work filed and didn't push me to buy anything I wasn't interested in AKA the extended warranty that ends up not being valid if you dont dot the I's and cross the T's on every service thing you have to do every 3000 miles. Lastly I worked with there sales team and they helped me get rolling and made sure I was driving away in a solid working automobile. Overall I was very pleased with Dishman and my new avenger and would recommend them to anyone. More
I've bought several cars from Dishman Dodge and each experience was a good one. I bought my first car from Dishmane Dodge in 2000. how about getting what you pay for. When your receipt says that you performed a multi-point inspection (including checking tire pressure) and you didn't do it (tires at 22 psi vs 35 psi) and you charged says that you performed a multi-point inspection (including checking tire pressure) and you didn't do it (tires at 22 psi vs 35 psi) and you charged me for that service, isn't that theft? Not only is this a safety issue, but there is no room for "I forgot"-mechanics words. Yes, you offered to refund part of the service, but it isn't about money, this is about doing what you say you are going to do More
