If there was an option for 0 stars I would love that. My last visit has determined that Dishman Dodge has lost all future business from me. For 5 years I worked to build trust with my Service Team and My last visit has determined that Dishman Dodge has lost all future business from me. For 5 years I worked to build trust with my Service Team and in 1 visit all of that is gone. I was outside of my warranty by 16 miles. I would not have been had they got me in the day before ~ they could have, but then backpedaled because 3 techs unexpectedly called out sick. So then I come in the next day and I'm outside of my warranty. So Chrysler approved me for the Repair Cost Assistance Program. But then the Dealership denied that, apparently due to the condition of my vehicle and stating it was poorly maintained. Dishman Dodge has been the Service Shop maintaining my Vehicle. Also, they had sent text messages while my vehicle was in the shop during this timeframe asking to purchase my vehicle. Why would they want to purchase a vehicle that was in poor condition? And every time I have ever had my vehicle there they comment on how well and new my vehicle still looks. I detail this vehicle weekly and every summer the exterior receives a bonus detail. I've only ever put Premium Fuel in it, even though it isn't required. This vehicle isn't poorly maintained. Sadly, the Dealership had the opportunity to maintain a relationship for 16 miles outside of a warranty and refused. My regular Service Manager was on vacation and I fully believe this wouldn't have happened if he was there and I am sad that his coworkers have let him down in his absence. The experience I had there on this day is what most people always say they have when they go to a dealership but something I had yet to experience until now ~ but because of it, I will NEVER go back, not for service and most definitely not to purchase another vehicle. In addition, when I took the vehicle to another mechanic, he pointed out that they were calling for repairs that were actually part of the original repair they were doing. So they were trying to charge me twice for the same thing, just in different ways. Shame on you Dishman Dodge. What a gross behavior by your employees and management team. I do not have the name of the person representing the Warranty Department ~ I only know it was a female and I was never given the opportunity to speak with her. I only have the name of the service manager up front that did the intake. Less then impressed. Makes me wonder if this is a commissioned type position or account type position and you get nothing if someone is deemed someone else's customer ~ and because my service person was on vacation, these employees didn't care much to be of any help to me. More
