Purchased an 18 Titan 8/3/22, First issue were the tires on truck. Tires had chunks missing out of them and even had to have air before we could test drive the truck. I was able to get a "We Owe" for the tires, however this truck was sold as CPO Nissan. There were no service records that indicate truck was serviced in the time period the dealership had it. After taking it to another Nissan dealership, they said it could not be certified as a pre-owned per Nissan USA standards. Will not ever do business with Nissan of Shelby again! More

Purchased a 18 Titan in January 2022 from another dealer. The dealer checked them on 2/14/18 and determined the heated seats needed to be replaced due to very poor heating. Because the truck was still under warranty the dealer advised it needed to be done by a Nissan dealer to maintain the warranty. So setup an appointment to have them checked out at Nissan of Shelby a couple days later on 2/18/22. First off the Tech tried to convince me 78* was normal operating temp for heated seats. After I didn't buy it and advised him and the Service Director that I knew it wasnt anywhere near specs they then proceeded to "try acouple other things". Half the day later with no better results they finally agreed they weren't working up to specs and they would need to submit them to Nissan Tech Line for replacement. Well several weeks go by with no response and cant get them to return calls. So I reached out to Nissan Consumer affairs. They send out a regional inspector who quickly determines they aren't working properly and advises me they need to be replaced under warranty. That parts will be ordered and the seats repaired properly. That was on 3/17/22. Several more weeks go by with no word on the repair until the rep from Consumer affairs calls on 4/7/22 and advises me the repair has been authorized and the dealer should contact me to set it up ASAP. Well its now almost 3 weeks later and still not repaired. Only feedback Ive gotten from the service dpmt is they have the parts but some of them arent right. And only way I got that info is speaking with the service manager and advising her that Ive been continuously blown off and never called back with information and updates. So yesterday I get the info that the parts are in but the seat bottoms are missing a key component. But they have the parts manager looking inot it right now and thyell let me know whats the status and the plan moving forward no later than 400 PM. Guess What. Nothing and when I call today to get an update they're surprisingly not available. The service dpmt is horrible. Not only do they hope people will just take what they tell them at face value and not question it. Their inability to keep a customer updated as to the status of things is simply amazing. I wonder how many people, particularly those seeking warranty service have simply just eventually given up out of frustration because of the lack of professionalism. More

Bought a vehicle on 7/17/21 didn’t get the vehicle until 7/30. Light came on 7/31 was informed on 8/16 it needed a transmission when I took it to another dealership for a recall on a sensor. They notified them and Nissan Dealership refused to pay and said wait until I get to 5,000 miles for warranty to pay and now they are telling me the warranty company want cover it! The dealership should have covered it 7 months ago when I bought it. Then on top of that the warranty that I signed for on 7/17/21 was never sent fully to the warranty company so it wasn’t active this whole time until i called and inquired about the policy I was given! Service dept is terrible, broke lug nuts on my tires and they can’t keep techs. Everytime I go it is always new people. They went from full staff service representatives to having one and then the manager. Don’t buy your car from here please read the reviews. When I went to get my tags for my vehicle it was a lady in the dealership upset about her car and how they messed it up and I should have known then to RUN!! It’s definitely the worse car buying lol experience I have had. Stick to with Carmax or another dealership this place isn’t worth the trouble and headache. Oh yeah, they want tell you who runs the place. Everyone is clueless and gives you the general manager name and that’s it! Everyone has a boss sir but you want give me yours!! More
This is the worst dealership that I have ever been to, I was supposed to get free oil changes and the dealership sold and they changed all of it, I got rid of the car and I asked that the extended warranty was supposed to get free oil changes and the dealership sold and they changed all of it, I got rid of the car and I asked that the extended warranty that they xxxxx me on when I bought the car be cancelled and I am due a refund. I submitted the paperwork and they did tell me it would take 4-6 weeks to get a refund, however it is all done by fax and I contacted the warranty company and of course no paperwork as of yet. Like I said they are in no hurry once they sell you the car. More
