I am comparing three different makes and model cars, at three different locations across the Tampa area, to make a purchase in less than two days. I called and spoke with Craig to ensure they had the BMW 650i Gran Coupe on the lot and he assured me they did. I showed up within one hour of the call to see the car and asked him to pull it out between the others it was parked, so that I can get in the doors without hitting the cars on each side, which he did. Excited about what I have seen so far, I asked if we could take it for a short test drive and he said "not until we run the numbers." I said "excuse me"? He said "we have to run the numbers before I will let you drive the car". I said I have to other different models to see and compare this vehicle to before I am ready to commit. He said, well, then come back after you've seen the other two cars when your ready to run the numbers and we will proceed from there. I'm a professional and think my appearance also says so. I don't know of anyone who has committed to a vehicle they've never driven (as I have never driven that make and model yet) and has agreed to sit down through the numbers negotiation games at a dealer and commit before test driving a vehicle. Needless to say, that experience ruled out the BMW as one of my top 3 choices, which it may have been a true contender and they may have received my business. However, out of principal now, I will not spend my money there. More

Bought a 2014 mercedes cla 250 from them a few months ago. During inspection of the car we seen the left daylight driving light/ turn signal was not working. I was able to hag them down $600 on the ask ago. During inspection of the car we seen the left daylight driving light/ turn signal was not working. I was able to hag them down $600 on the asking price but They said that they would replace the whole headlight assembly for the original asking price without the haggle down price. So we made the deal and they sign a " I owe you" slip & they ordered a new headlight. Once the headlight came in they called me to take the car in to have the headlight replaced. Took the car in and they only replaced the module instead of the headlight which it did not work. They left the module hanging off the headlight assembly because they said it was easier to replace it when the new one comes in. Took the car in again because they ordered a new module and it did not work. I inspected the module once i got home & found out They replaced the module with a used one. After not receiving any calls or updates I had to call them numerous of times because they didn't respond to any of my calls. I talked to my sales guy and he said he was going to have the manager call me which they never did. I've called them about 5 times and each time they said they was still trying to find the part and they will call me back asap and its been about 5 months and have not received any calls. I finally got tired of waiting & I order a new module from Amazon for $55 and installed it my self and boom everything works. I called them back to tell them I fixed the headlight & to ask them to simply install the module back the way it was on the headlight instead of just letting it hang there. Once again the sales guy said he was going to find out & call me back asap and it's been about 2 weeks and no calls. Sales process went well but i feel like once they sell you the car you are forgotten about. I had a good sales experience with them and had all the intentions of buying another car from them until they let me down. I am currently in the market for a new car but unfortunately I'm searching elsewhere. More
Tried to offer me a low-ball deal on my 2011, 328i BMW convertible with 57,000 original miles on it ($5,000). I sold the vehicle for $11,500 and purchased my Porsche 911 elsewhere. Lack of Professionalizm I recently came across this dealership while in search of a used BMW M3. I reached out and started working with a sales associate by the first name of I recently came across this dealership while in search of a used BMW M3. I reached out and started working with a sales associate by the first name of Keith. At first he was rather difficult to get ahold of on the phone but I was informed it was a rather busy day for them. I'm an out of state buyer so asked my normal questions about the car and he assured me that the vehicle was top notch and was priced better then any other in the country for its age and miles. I had a close friend stop by the dealer to do a look over on the vehicle to verify this information. What she and I found via a video chat was not the case. The vehicle had a large safety issue with right front wheel have a large noticable bend it which could cause the tire to rapidly deflate while driving. Being the vehicle took an impact hard enough to damage the face of the factory wheel other parts could have also been damaged but we didnt get that far in to it. When I mentioned that to Keith he explained to me well thats how we got it and its been fine. Continuing we found the vehicle to have mismatched tires of different wear levels and a rear bumper that and been impacted at some point which caused the paint to be cracked and the bumper to have a minor fold in. While yes all of these items can be addressed but the sales person stood firm on there price and we couldn't make a deal happen. The reason I am writing this review is for the unprofessional action the sales person took a few hours after we both walked away from the deal. He texted me saying and I quote " Hey we sold the car for full asking price. Someone had an inspection done and it passed with flying colors. Good luck on your search!" If this is the kind of people this dealership is going to employee there is no telling what else can be going on behind the scenes. Please everyone do your research before considering buy a car from this location. Thank you. More

Kieth picked us up from the airport. The car looked better in person then it did in the pictures. Enrigue very quickly processed the financing. Reuben was very hospitable towards my wife and I during our short wait as well. The car ran very well during our 12 hour drive back to DC. The mechanic at the Mercedes dealer here an Alexandria was amazed at how well maintained the vehicle was. Ill definitely be back. More
