Classic lot lizard tactics, ultimately we agreed on a price and I had a PPI. Jonah said any PPI company except lemon squad is ok ‘i won’t let them on the lite because they ruined deals before.’. I had a PPI with clear photos of carpeted floor mats and weather tech mats. The car arrived and the carpeted mats were gone. Also, the front view camera which only activates at stop lights was crooked. Come to find out after a two hour repair the tech who must have replaced the windshield didn’t re-attach the camera. Moreover, the rear suspension cover was missing three bolts and they had snapped it into place for the PPI. A $50K vehicle which we upheld our end of the deal for and disappointed to have this many issues. Put simply our request was to cover the cost of carpeted floor mats that disappeared. I was told Multiple times over email that Jonah would call me and only did so after four follow ups. When he did call he told me he had 500 other things to do and eventually hung up the phone on me. I doubt any accredited dealerships or dealer groups would hire this guy. I recommend going elsewhere. More
Not willing to negotiate; the price and all the add-ins are not justifiable; and no transparency to the process. While responsive to questions by e-mail and text, I found the sales representative Khaleel to be a poor salesman. I provided FACTUAL INFORMATION based on the VIN of the car making clear that it was materiall the sales representative Khaleel to be a poor salesman. I provided FACTUAL INFORMATION based on the VIN of the car making clear that it was materially overpriced, but he adamantly maintained that he thought it was not. Thus, we were at an impasse. While I liked the car well, I found it too difficult to negotiate with this person, who never referred to a manager for assistance, so I turned to other options and left the purchase process. More

O My wife & I had a very good experience with Discovery. I walked the entire lot for 30-45min before appt. Lots of unique & popular upscale vehicles. Only 2 salesmen approached and politely left me alone when I mentioned-just looking. That made me feel comfortable vs high pressure. 2. At appt time we meet Jim Alex to learn options & test drive 2023 Corvette Convt C8. Lots of options for the money. 3. Then, we went inside and it’s loaded with beautiful vehicles (Audis, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentleys, Ferrari). Here’s where Discovery/Jim stuck out: he spent hours with us, pulled carfaxs, window stickers, priced with dlr fee $995, taxes, fees, protectpkg $995 (these were disclosed upfront in website & before appt). I appreciate that as well. 4. Most dealers are trying to make money, get you to come in, stay in business and there’s lots of competition out there. So, with my age comes the maturity of knowing it’s commission-based and hard to earn wages. Not a perfect job to perform without some hustle. 5. Anyway I digress a bit, I found that Jim did not show signs of disgust when I got interested in the showroom vehicles. He showed me several others and spent more time with us. I haven’t bought yet because I liked too many. Summary: So after hours, I kinda feel Jim is one of the best. More
He was very demanding. Despite I was asking him questions he insisted on me coming into the dealership and never acknowledge any of my questions. This isn’t the first deale Despite I was asking him questions he insisted on me coming into the dealership and never acknowledge any of my questions. This isn’t the first dealership I’ve dealt with everyone else was able to assist me the best they could via phone and email until it was actually time they even looked over my credit and told me if I needed a co signer or which cars I could try for. The individual I had sucked and he is all about his money he is not really there to help the customers. Worst experience EVER! And I BLOCKED the number ! More
I inquired on a Urus at 4:45PM on 4/27/2023. In my notes I asked very simple questions anybody can go to the car and find out as well as I asked for a few videos of it. I was told the salesmen w In my notes I asked very simple questions anybody can go to the car and find out as well as I asked for a few videos of it. I was told the salesmen would work on it and he never did that night. He contact me the next day at 9:30 saying he was working on it. I didn't receive anything until 2PM, nearly 24 hours after. Seems like the salespeople here are not allowed to touch or drive the vehicle which I find ridiculous considering they expect people to spend this level of money on a vehicle while having such poor customer service. I contacted a second dealership on 4/28 at noon and in less than 3 hours they were able to send me everything I asked for, including answering all my questions and sending me nearly 20 minutes worth of videos for me to review including them driving it on the road, which they said their bosses have no issue with them taking sales vehicle on the road for customer videos which is why I find it so hard to believe that Discovery does not allow their employees to drive the vehicles. A whole process was completed elsewhere in 3 hours when it took Discovery 22 hours to do half the process. In the end I do not recommend them as those in sales don't seem very knowledgable on exotic vehicles and probably just work there to be around them, even though they don't get to drive it for customers so what's the point of being around all these vehicles. Would highly recommend they find people with a passion and knowledge for vehicles as well as allow their salespeople more freedom to learn these vehicles and interact with them for the benefit of customers. I'll start this review by saying this rating is less for the salesperson and more for the managers or owners (whoever is in charge of the policy). I called the store on the 2020 Audi R8 and asked if the sal the salesperson and more for the managers or owners (whoever is in charge of the policy). I called the store on the 2020 Audi R8 and asked if the salesperson had ever driven it or has experience with it. His response was "no I don't make that kind of money here to have one" the comment is whatever not mad over that but I then proceeded to ask if he can drive it for my nephew and record him a video of it prior to his arrival since he would be the buyer. Video never came and when my nephew showed up he had to do credit and agree to numbers before them even taking the car out. At first he thought it was because he was a younger kid and they didn't believe he had the money but then my nephew asked if the salesperson can drive it for him and they said no they want to keep the miles low. He asked if that's why he didn't get a video and was told they're not allowed to drive the vehicles on the road unless they have a customer already approved or agreed to numbers. All in all I find it a bit crazy that the people who are suppose to sell these vehicles and be experts on them can't drive them I have never heard this from a dealership before. I'm sure it's a manager or owner decision which I think ruins a lot of sales for some as the salesperson has no idea about the specific unit they're trying to sell. Would strongly advocate for this to change as he ended up purchasing a Lamborghini with less miles and over 100k more asking price as the salesperson was allowed to drive it and send him a video as well as allowed my nephew to drive it upon arrival. walked in on a friday, after spending time looking at a 2011 corvette. Always enjoy shopping looking poor, walked past 2 salesmen who never gave me a glace and was meet by " Nick" , one of the new salesmen, we negotiated for several hours and came to a deal, one problem was the wipers and they agreed to repair. I am impressed with them as they could have done a quick fix, but they did it right. Nick then offered to deliver it to me in Hudson. What impressed me about this young man is the vast knowledge he has on corvettes., He know his cars, and he is a strait shooter and eager to serve even we scrubby looking people. Once I asked for a test drive, I was sure we would but it as I never waste a salesman's time. To the salesman that were busy , you lost out.If you want a corvette I would suggest Nick, and highly recommend discovery motors for your supercars.I rate this dealer very high, and rate Nick as "the man" when you shop for a car More
