Shannon and Sean were each friendly and helpful in getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're supposedly in good condition? They make squealing noises, so I was given a piece paper saying this is effectively normal. If it's normal than why don't I hear any other car's brakes squeaking? I drive through my neighborhood, and squeak squeak squeak. I would like this to be resolved. More

Third time bringing the car is for the same loud brake issue with no resolution. Explanation is, that is just how VW brakes are. It's really disappointing when you're talking about a $40K+ vehicle.
