Great experience I've purchased VW in Oakland, Richmond and now Walnut Creek. Dirito is by far the most professional and easiest to work with. My service call was a warranty service A Decal for air bag was missing on interior of my new car. The item was replaced in a timely manner. They didn't have one of the correct parts so A Decal for air bag was missing on interior of my new car. The item was replaced in a timely manner. Easy as could be! I dropped my car off at my appointment time and was out of there in about 5 minutes. They paid for an uber home. Angelo texted a couple of hours lat I dropped my car off at my appointment time and was out of there in about 5 minutes. They paid for an uber home. Angelo texted a couple of hours later and pick up was a breeze, I have the Volkswagen Care maintenance which probably made this easier. Angelo went over the detailed of he service with me and pointed out that they found a nail in my tire. They took care of that for me too! Overall a great experience. More
