Amazing service- wide variety I spoke to Oscar when we walked in on a Sunday 5 minutes before closing, and he went out of his way and stayed 45 minutes later to help us look at car I spoke to Oscar when we walked in on a Sunday 5 minutes before closing, and he went out of his way and stayed 45 minutes later to help us look at cars, even though i clearly said i wasn't going to buy that day. He was very communicative and not overwhelming, even when he had to go out on personal family leave. He and his manager were very helpful, honest and professional. Made the entire process much easier. They teamed up to give our family a good deal on a seemingly great car. Even the finance guy Ed was a good communicator(they usually aren't). One regret about VW as a company (not this dealership) is that their 6 year 60k warranty is just bumper to bumper and doesn't cover any of the services and that is pricey and they up sell it to you as a package once they are selling you the car (and it is expensive). Only issue, is that they are out of the way from our home and we will NOT go to VW of Oakland for our service so we may end up coming here, since they have the shuttles to the malls, etc. More
