I’m old customer Chevrolet Buick and Gmc. I change the car every 2 or 3 year. This time I bought a Chevrolet Camaro 2018 and my first bad experience salesman nice good but the part with the financial man car every 2 or 3 year. This time I bought a Chevrolet Camaro 2018 and my first bad experience salesman nice good but the part with the financial man ( Abe kheireddine) He treat me with out respect . He said to me “ if you don’t like my numbers you need to go! I’m late to go home ! Don’t waste my time!!!! “ And he said to me too “ no free oil change this is cheap” I spend $38,000 in the dealer I that man treat me like I’m not value customer. This man save coupe thousand to the dealer. But spend millions in bad service and treat the people bad I’m sure this man have same problem with other people or cut fast the sale. I feel uncomfortable about this man. I have the car but I will never want to see this man again in my life. More

Sales Side - while none of the top 5 Corvette dealerships in the country are selling above MSRP (Sticker price) Dimmitt somehow things we are stupid and is adding on $25k to a $67k car. Do they think we are fools? There is a reason why they are selling about 20 Corvettes a year and others more than 200. Which brings us to the next point - if you ever have a service issue that needs escalation up the GM ladder - these people evidently sell so few cars that they don't even know how to contact or involve their regional support from GM. Me - i drive an extra 50 minutes to sting ray chevrolet. More
I started a discussion with a Christopher through email. I try to avoid dealership visits in person to avoid the very polished "hard press" experience. We were discussing a 2021 Chevy Bolt Premier. As I I try to avoid dealership visits in person to avoid the very polished "hard press" experience. We were discussing a 2021 Chevy Bolt Premier. As I looked it over, it turns out that they were selling a car that had been a service loaner with just over 2,000 miles on it and had an "in service date" of 4 Months prior. That is when GM considers it to be a car owned and on the road so the warranty ticker starts. If you were to purchase it, then all of your warranties started when they flipped it to "in service" which is currently 4 Months prior. Looking at what their website was saying, they were showing it as a new car and discounting it $439 from MSRP. Other local dealers are currently offering $1365 - $2000 discounts on their 2021 Bolts in stock and are actually new. Knowing at that point that there is LOTS of room to deal here, we went further down the road and I received a write up from his manager. That write up had them low balling me on my trade. That's part of dealing so I expected that. Here is where the comedy comes in. First off, GM charges $995 on the sticker to send the car to the dealer. That's steep and very negotiable. Then their proposal had $999.50 as a Proc / Doc Fee, then another $707.50 as an Official Fee. That means they want $2707 for me to be their customer and buy their "new" (really used) service loaner car. That all said, at the end when I mentioned all of these fine points to Christpoher, his manager Todd (the Digital Sales Director) said he spoke with Eli (the General Sales Manager) and said that they would not be able to meet my requests. This Bolt should be a CPO, but that would mean they would lose all the rebate incentives offered to you the customer and they would never be able to sell it. I will be bringing this up to GM to get their opinion on it. More
I brought in my 2017 equinox for an alignment and had an odor coming from the vehicle that smelled like fuel, that was seven days ago and still haven’t gotten my vehicle back how sad is that. I think you ou odor coming from the vehicle that smelled like fuel, that was seven days ago and still haven’t gotten my vehicle back how sad is that. I think you ought to sit down and go over all these reviews and listen to what people are saying. There were days my car didn’t even get in the shop because there were people waiting for their car. People I’m sure are aware they pull this stuff all the time it doesn’t make it any better. More

Brought my vehicle in for tire repair and one of there employees "removed" my wheel lock key from my vehicle. Either for their own personal stash or so they can sell it to thieves. Ive had no help from the dealership even though George z. Acknowledged me when I told him I left it in the cup holder so they could remove the tire and that it wasn't there when I picked up vehicle. Had a service appointment for 8am and indicated that will be waiting around. Checked in at 730 am. At 10 am went looking for the service advisor since no one came to update of progress. At 1030 found out tha be waiting around. Checked in at 730 am. At 10 am went looking for the service advisor since no one came to update of progress. At 1030 found out that nothing was done and response from Chris, the service tech was" we are a busy dealership". Maybe because I had purchased a prepaid maintenance with my 2017 silverado they couldn't care less if i stay or go, and that's after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. No one called or emailed to follow up either. More
