On July 5th my wife and ai went to Dimmitt Chevrolet, she was looking for a new Equinox. When we walked up we met Egidio and he asked if we needed any help. He brought the vehicle out for ist for the test drive and once she was satisfied, he brought us back in and he handled most of the paperwork. I was looking at a new vehicle I had seen online and Shay and Chris helped me over the phone. I went to the dealers that evening and was greeted by Eric. Went for a test drive and he looked into pricing as I and Chris helped me over the phone. I went to the dealers that evening and was greeted by Eric. Went for a test drive and he looked into pricing as I was trading in my old vehicle. Eric was SO nice and friendly and made me feel at ease, there was no pressure either. The price they gave me for the new vehicle didn’t quite meet my expectations, so Todd (or Ted?) came over and told me it wasn’t quite possible. A few mins later Eric and Todd came back to me and they managed to get the price I wanted! I was so happy and a little shocked!! Eric was great at helping me through the paperwork and signing, he stayed later than his work schedule to help me out and I was so appreciative of that. Eric has since organized a mini service and a buff and clean which I will be collected tonight. I am so happy with Eric’s professional customer service, but he was also very understanding through the whole process and understood all of my needs, I felt as if he put his customer head on and understood everything from my point of view. There’s not many out there like Eric and i would definitely recommend friends and family to use Dimmit and Eric especially if they need to purchase a new vehicle. More
