Why call me over and then pass me off to someone? Bill was very helpful and got me in right away. When I returned later in the day there was only one person working the counter. I was recognized and was told someone would be with me soon. It was strange that there was only one person working the counter. It didn't take long and I was on my way. More

Flat Fixed Unfortunately, I had a flat tire at 10,000 miles. I called the 888 Cadillac Toll free assistance. They assured me someone would call me by 430 am to p Unfortunately, I had a flat tire at 10,000 miles. I called the 888 Cadillac Toll free assistance. They assured me someone would call me by 430 am to pick up my car by 6 am. Never heard another thing from them. I was able to make it to Dimmit where Patricia Jones took care of everything. I drove out in a loaner vehicle and made my appointment with 10 minutes to spare. This dealership is outstanding as far as I am concerned. Keep up the great work John . More

Great Service I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the service department un order for them to diagnos the problem and get it fixed. She kept me informed on how things were going and gave me a time when I could expect my car to be ready. They were done within minutes of when they said it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience. When I got home, there was an issue with my radio and I called the dealership to speak with someone and Sara talked me through how to resolve the issue. She is definitely an asset to Dimmitt. More
