John Fabriele (our sales associate) proactively sought to find a way to meet our monthly payment. He was successful. But here’s where the true nature of Dimmit mgt was revealed. John explained that they made a mistake by letting us negotiate on a car (demo) they had already sold that morning. Mgt then offered us a brand new car with nav ($1100 option) for the same price. We have never been treated so well at a dealership before!!! All this without us having to complain. This is how Dimmitt does business and why they set the bar for managing customers. Great Service as always Bought both cars there and referred 2 friends to get their cars their. My car was throwing and error code (check engine light came on) and Kevin Hamb Bought both cars there and referred 2 friends to get their cars their. My car was throwing and error code (check engine light came on) and Kevin Hamby always takes great care of me. The services guys pretty much turned over every stone to find what the problem was and fixed it. At the same time my wife’s car was being serviced as well and even though there is a slight issue with it, no doubt Kevin and the service guys will get it hammered out and fixed for sure. Also, lets not forget about the guys doing the work. They are great and hopefully they get credit for the great work they do too. More
