She also volunteered that I should probably also get the no-charge oil change and tire rotation as long as I had the car in for service since an oil change service would be due soon anyway. Patricia knew exactly what the vibration issue was likely due to and the problem was fixed right the first time I brought it in. Overall a very peasant service experience I must say! More

Rob Gordon is my point of contact and he is always responsive, considerate, and professional! On multiple occassions he has hand delivered my vehicle or ancillary parts needed to my residence. With my busy schedule, having this kind of flexible service has made my vehicle needs pain free! Highly recommend! More

I let them both know what I had, my own financing a trade and $3000 down. I scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle. I got off of work early yesterday and myself, my wife and my 2 sons drove an hour down to Dimmitt of Clearwater. We arrived, got out of our truck, we were being watched like a hawk. They went to find Matt which is Alans partner. He waited until we got outside to tell us someone has already put money down on the vehicle we were there to buy, but were waiting on financing to go thru. We have never been treated so badly by any dealership, besides Dimmitt. They failed to let us know that it was sold. Keep in mind, we were speaking for 2 days. The communication is very poor. I myself am in sales and communication is key to customers. I will let everyone I know my horrible experience with Dimmitt, their commercials and advertising are in my opinion all lies. We went down the road to Lexus of Clearwater and purchased the exact vehicle, same year and model for less. Lon at Lexus was awesome and a very personable person. I would love to hear from someone at Dimmitt in regards to this review. I will respond to this review if someone contacts me. HORRIBLE DIMMITT CADILLAC OF CLEARWATER!!!! More

Work was completed as promised with no problems. Must complement them for a call-back to confirm and outstanding courtesy by Kevin, our contact person. Waiting area was luxurious. They even vaccumed the inside of the vehicle, which sorely needed it after the trip down. More

Contacted Robert Gordon by phone and was called back within 5 minutes. Vehicle went in on a Friday, a rental car was provided and the service was done and the vehicle was ready Monday mid afternoon. Ryen Linder handled the service this time and did an excellent job of keeping me informed. As always the car was detailed before I picked it up. Thanks for the great service experience once again. Fluid (?) leak from engine area Observed fluid on garage floor coming from new 2017 Range Rover Evoque. Stopped at dealer and left car for correction. Was given "Loaner" for conveni Observed fluid on garage floor coming from new 2017 Range Rover Evoque. Stopped at dealer and left car for correction. Was given "Loaner" for convenience. Picked up vehicle. Two days later, again observed fluid leaking from engine area onto garage floor. Called dealer and took vehicle in again for checking issue. Was given a "Loaner" vehicle again. Picked up vehicle after receiving notice from dealer that leak was corrected. 2 days later....no sign of fluid leak on garage floor. Issue appears to have been resolved satisfactorily. This is third vehicle purchased from dealer (Dimmitt) and all contacts have been excellent and meeting expectations. Would recommend to anyone! More
