John Fabriele (our sales associate) proactively sought to find a way to meet our mo The review is for the recent sales experience at Dimmitt Cadillac. John Fabriele (our sales associate) proactively sought to find a way to meet our monthly payment. He was successful. But here’s where the true nature of Dimmit mgt was revealed. John explained that they made a mistake by letting us negotiate on a car (demo) they had already sold that morning. Mgt then offered us a brand new car with nav ($1100 option) for the same price. We have never been treated so well at a dealership before!!! All this without us having to complain. This is how Dimmitt does business and why they set the bar for managing customers. My Service Advisor, Robert Gordon, made arrangements for me to be given a vehicle to drive and he kept me advised as to the repairs. More

New vehicle purchase I was given a tour of the Dimmitt Cadillac service department. I was not in to receive service. I was welcomed and made to feel at ease.
