I mentioned that my key fob battery was getting low and she immediately pulled a package of batteries out of her draw and proceeded to change my battery for me. She also showed me ( which I did not know !) how to get into my CTS Coupe if my key fob battery was completely dead and would not open the car.I was extremely satisfied with my visit. More

Two days later brought car in to start off getting service to check and make sure everything was ok, Kevin in service nade this a very comfortable visit and I was not charged for anything. John Fabriele was the associate and he was the most helpful and knowledgeable associate we have ever dealt with. This is the third Cadillac we have purchased from Dimmitt and each has been serviced solely by Dimmitt's service department over a 14 year period and they have always done a great job. . We thank service representative Bill Kegan for referring us to John Fabriele.. We thank Patricia Jones who has been our service representative for the assistance she has given us and our cars and also Lisa, the receptiveness who properly guided us through our service inquires over the past couple of years. Service I bought a 2016 Cadillac from Dimmet and was in to see Kevin Hamvy for my first service. Car had an issue with torque converter and software. That sai I bought a 2016 Cadillac from Dimmet and was in to see Kevin Hamvy for my first service. Car had an issue with torque converter and software. That said, got a 2018 loaner — and they called each day to update me on repairs which were completed on schedule. Fast friendly service..,no waiting...in and out quickly — after I grabbed a coffee...a professional service center for sure. Thanks Keven... More

We were surprised that our service plan was transferable from Massachusetts to Florida with no additional cost. Everyone at Dinmitt was very helpful and courteous-especially Bill Kegan at the Service Desk. Bill even found a great breakfast restaurant for us and provided a complimentary shuttle there! Excellent Service Experience !! I went to Dimmitt Clearwater for some serious service on my CTS. Began with an illuminated dash light for the ABS system.
