Diane was very prompt, courteous and sent me the information I needed on the vehicle without delay. She was great to work with over email. Once at the dealership. Jim Pullman was our salesman and had our vehicle we were looking at parked out front ready to go. Jim made the process of purchasing the vehicle quick and easy to do. Would highly recommend Dimmitt for purchasing a vehicle to all. More
Tire trouble! I saw it in the road and couldn’t avoid it. Maybe it didn’t puncture the tire. No such luck. Two mornings in a row I had to add air. So New Year’s Eve morning I called and spoke with Rob Gordon, Service Advisor, who said it’d be ok to drive up. When I arrived, everybody tried to.find a nail as I drove in reverse. No luck. Rob Ralston, my Technician, took the wheel off, found where it was leaking and found a tiny, less than a 1/4” size triangular shaped piece of plastic. Best thing was my tire became a priority. More
Excellent Customer Service I was involved in a head-on collision in October of 2018. I had only just purchased the car one month prior. I'm a repeat customer of Dimmitt Cadillac I was involved in a head-on collision in October of 2018. I had only just purchased the car one month prior. I'm a repeat customer of Dimmitt Cadillac, largely in part to the excellent product, and excellent customer service. David Lubelsky went above and beyond excellent customer service. David went to battle for me with my insurance company, making sure that my car was returned to proper working order, and with only the best parts. David kept me informed of the repair process every step of the way. As you know, dealing with insurance companies after an accident is quite stressful. Dimmitt Cadillac made sure that I had a car to drive after my rental time ran out with my insurance company. Their follow up and follow through is like no others. I will be a forever customer with Dimmitt Cadillac because of their excellent product, excellent customer service, and integrity. Thank you to everyone involved in making my experience an EXCELLENT and peaceful one. May God bless you all. More
