Professional, No-Pressure, Car Buying Experience On my first visit to Dimmitt - Land Rover of Clearwater, General Manager, Tom Hardeman, customized my experience by providing me exactly what I wanted On my first visit to Dimmitt - Land Rover of Clearwater, General Manager, Tom Hardeman, customized my experience by providing me exactly what I wanted in a salesperson -- someone educated on the product that would cut to the chase on vehicle features and not try to "sell" me on a vehicle. I actually thought my request was a bit ridiculous - that a salesperson not "sell" - until Tom introduced me to Christ Simonelli. Chris made my vehicle leasing experience TRULY pleasurable. Chris was incredibly patient with me for months as I contemplated switching over to a Land Rover. He has intimate knowledge of the varying vehicle features and was refreshingly honest about which features I was likely to use. I very much appreciated the no-pressure environment as it gave me the time I needed to be confident in my vehicle selection and put me at ease knowing I was not being "up-sold." If I could give Chris a 10 star rating, I would. It is without hesitation that I recommend that you work with Chris should you desire to join the Land Rover family. Following my vehicle purchase, Nick Ford came to my house and spent 1.5 hours with me touring me through all the features of the LR and making sure all settings best suited my needs. Without having this personalized attention, it would have taken me many months to learn how to best customize my car. Nick was instrumental in helping me avoid the frustration that can come with having to learn a new vehicle. If ever I have a question about a vehicle feature or setting, I simply send a picture to Nick and he is available to assist within minutes. Together, Chris and Nick made my Land Rover experience as stellar as my Land Rover itself... and if you are a LR owner, you know that says a lot. Kudos to Chris, Nick & Dimmit - Land Rover of Clearwater. More

Oil Change & Warranty work Ryan Davis was the Service Rep that I worked with. Ordering XT4 Sport from abroad via Internet and FaceTime I wanted to trade in my ATS to an small SUV or Crossover and heard about the new XT4 Model. I contacted my salesman via e-Mail and chatted with him over FaceTime. He showed me the Model you had on site and it exactly fitted my request and needs. Steve Audia prepared everything including ONStar and Sirius/XM, that I was able to pick up my new car the day after I returned from Europe. He even checked for me on special rebates and since I was a member of COSCO I got that rebate via the dealership as well! I enjoy my new vehicle a lot and appreciated the effort Steve did for me, preparing the sale. More

Had time to watch interactions of service employees with one another - very professional. Became curious about leasing and was given very easy to understand explanation. I had lots of questions! James Pullman was professional and patient with me. Naaman had everything printed and ready for me to sign when it was time to make the purchase. Justin stepped in a few times just to make sure things were going smoothly. They respected my time. Left my car in the service department and drove away the same day in a 2019 caddy. More
