They are doing it the old fashioned way and there is nothing we appreciate more. This is the first time I have a vehicle that I truly love instead of what someone wanted to sell me. The finance manager was the best in the business and made the whole process quick and easy. The service team is outstanding and they do stellar work. You get greeted immediately, they remember you by name, and all the details of your vehicle. They always offer refreshments. There's comfortable seating with Wi-Fi and retail items you can shop while you wait. There's seating by a huge glass window where you can watch the service team while they work. They upload inspection videos, and give your vehicle 5 star service every time, including a complimentary car wash and detail by hand! Even though the entire service team is amazing you also get a personal service rep that handles your visits every time, which is a really unique experience and definitely let's you build a long relationship of trust. Patricia is ours and she is absolutely amazing, always so happy, thoughtful, and helpful. We here for life, and you really should be too. More
