Polite and Professional Robert Gordon is the consummate gentleman. Pleasant and straightforward with every interaction. I usually schedule a service call for my Range Rover Sport with valet service where they drop off the loaner at my office and pick up my car for service. Very convenient but this time I was in a rush to get it in before the warranty expired so they couldn't get me a loaner but did squeeze me in on short notice. When I arrived Rob gave me the good news that instead of a loaner they had arranged for a Hertz rental at their expense, which I appreciated very much. A small bit of feedback here - it would have been even more helpful if I had known in advance of this kindness so that I wouldn't have had my girlfriend follow me over in her car - grateful nonetheless. One other small bit of feedback, I told the desk that I was instructing my girlfriend to leave, but I wish they would have advised me to have her drop me off at Hertz because I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for a ride to the car rental place - only a mile or two down the road. The new dedicated Range Rover service building is top notch and everyone bends over backwards to offer coffee, water and make you feel welcome. More

Staff is very helpful, kind and friendly. They made sure I was able to walk out with the car I wanted without breaking the budget.
