It was very easy to schedule the service appointment at Dimmitt Cadillac at a convenient time. Ken Scott, the service consultant, greeted me promptly and after filling out a bit of paperwork, escorted me to the customer lounge. The lounge was well appointed and a very comfortable spot to wait. Hot and cold beverages and fresh donuts were a welcome treat! The service work was completed in a timely fashion, and I was back on the road in no time. I've had experience waiting in both Jaguar and Mercedes customer lounges in the past, and can truthfully say the experience at Dimmitt was far superior to both! More

My service advisor, Ken Scott, checked me in took me over to get my loaner vehicle and I was on my way. Ken called me when my car was done, I picked it up on my way home from work and the work was all completed as expected.
