A/C repair, battery replacement and transmission service When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Patricia Jones who set up all the work that was to be done. She had a loaner vehicle ready to go so that when I was ready to leave there was no waiting. I thought I had purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle and she searched all the records attempting to find my policy. It turns out that I had only purchased the warranty for routine maintenance. She informed me of the price for all the work that was being performed along with a time estimate for getting my car back. She kept me informed of the status regularly. My car was completed earlier than expected and for less money than I was expecting as well. Great Job! Patricia knows her stuff and I'm glad that she is my Dimmit concierge. More

I had stopped at service to get help putting new battery in my key fobs and when I started to leave the dealership, ABS and BRAKE warning lites appeared. Car was driving like it had a manual steering. I pul in my key fobs and when I started to leave the dealership, ABS and BRAKE warning lites appeared. Car was driving like it had a manual steering. I pulled into service, went inside and ask explained situation to Rob Gordon. He looked at car, said they needed to keep it and arranged a rental car for me as a squirrel incident had caused a significant backup in the service department and all their loaners were out. They made all the arrangements with the rental company and drove me there. Rob kept me informed throughout the repair period. I returned the rental to them when my card was ready. The service I receive from Rob and the rest of the service department will definitely be a big factor in choosing my next car!!! More

Recently took my vehicle in to be serviced as it had a coolant leak at 25,000 miles.
