My rep, Sheila Lytle, did a great job completing the service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. I am a 75 year old woman who arrived with her 82 year old partner, insurance money in hand from our car which had been totaled in hurricane Helena, who needed a means of transportation before hurricane Milton hit. Cars were selling fast in those few days and the used Cadillac we came to see, had already sold. However the Midnight blue, ivory interior,2025 CT4 which we were guided to purchase is a real winner.
