Needles to say, I left aggravated. Ted, the sales consultant, reached out to me a few months later and was able to get the deal done. I went in recently and spoke with Tom about trading and purchasing a new car. Oh boy! WHAT A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SAKES PERSON!!!
