As it has been for the past 5 plus years that I have been using the Dimmitt Cadillac Sales and Service Teams, they came thru with exceptional service work once again. My 2016 CTS was in for tire replacemen using the Dimmitt Cadillac Sales and Service Teams, they came thru with exceptional service work once again. My 2016 CTS was in for tire replacement and to resolve an engine light code at which time they also found my CTS was leaking at the axle seals and the code was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor, Kevin Hamby called to let me know the findings of the code and of the axle seal leak. He gave me recommendations for repairs, costs, and the timeline for completion.
